Processing & Delivery Times

Each Zoréline piece is made to order with care. Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days, after which your item is shipped to you. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are determined and collected by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Review your shipping confirmation email to verify the delivery address
  2. Check with your local postal service or courier depot
  3. Ask neighbors if the package was left with them for safekeeping

If you've completed these steps and still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@zoreline.store with your order number, and we'll investigate immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we're happy to arrange a replacement order. Please note that shipping costs for the replacement will be at your expense.
